- I will be attending the PGSS at Carnegie Mellon this
summer. What time am I expected to arrive and depart the
program?
- Check-in time at the dormitory on the CMU campus
for the PGSS is between 10 AM and 3 PM on the
opening Sunday. We urge you to check in earlier
in this time frame rather than later as our
formal opening ceremony starts at 4 PM and there
is some student "processing" that has
to be done.
- Students are formally released from the program
after the closing ceremony and banquet on the
last Friday (this usually ends by 9:30 PM);
however 99.44% of the students wish to return to
the dorm for the final overnight
"afterglow" with their classmates.
Students must depart the dormitory by 12 Noon on
the following Saturday.
