The whole point of the internet is to be able to communicate better, right? So why is it so hard to get in touch with your friends when you are online? Now it isn't, thanks to ICQ. ICQ, pronounced "I seek you" is a program from Mirabilis software that acts like a little watchdog and tells you whenever your friends come online. Once you find someone online, you can send them messages, chat with them, or even play games with them with just a couple mouse clicks.

So what does all this have to do with EHS Marching Band and the Big Purple Note? Well, the BPN is telling you about this in hopes that you will get ICQ and join the fun! How much more do we need to say?

So, now that you just can't wait to join, here's how:

  1. download the software from the ICQ Homepage.

  2. Install the software by running the file you downloaded and following the on screen directions.

  3. ICQ will assign you a UIN number. Submit this number to the list of Marching Band ICQ Users.

  4. Add the other bandies on the list to your list.

It's that simple! As always, if you have any questions, email or QuickMessage me. Enjoy your ICQ, and I hope to see you on my user list soon!
